Join us for the Woven Fall Retreat where you’ll find rest, renewal, and growth while gaining support and building friendships. Tickets cover accommodations, breakfast on Saturday, lunch and supper on both Friday and Saturday, all retreat materials, and limited snacks. Because everyone has specific preferences, we ask you to bring your own drinks (outside of coffee and water) or any special snack you prefer. The retreat sessions will tentatively end around 6pm on Saturday, but your ticket cost covers you staying Saturday night. If you choose to leave after the last session, the cost remains the same as if you stay. That night is optional. We will begin on Friday morning around 9:30 with pick ups and check in and then checkout will be at 9am on Sunday. More schedule information will be sent out to all attendees.

Due to very limited on-site parking, off-site parking is required by the rental agency outside of staff cars, but we will have a pick up location that is approved for overnight parking. Your ticket will not cover parking. We suggest you carpool and split the parking fee. Parking cost will depend on the lot we choose to use. The only other fee you will incur will be the service charge to book online. We do not set this fee or collect it. It is charged by the ticketing platform. We use the least expensive platform available. 

There are 4 top bunks that are built into the home and are as stable as the walls of the house. We will offer a $10 discount for those who agree to sleep on the top bunks. All 4 are twin size. We aren't discounting bottom beds. Two bottom bunks are twin sized and two are queen sized. All beds, except for the 2 bunk rooms, are King sized. These rooms will be shared by 2 ladies. If you want to request a roommate we will gladly accommodate that! All rooms have en suite bathrooms. 

If there is a need for a room to be private, please message us. We can discuss the cost with you. The ticket cost is based on the number of people in beds. Since we are a non-profit ministry, we don't profit on ticket sales. They simply cover our cost.  So, to make up for the lack of a second person in a King room, private rooms will incur a larger cost.
